The fitness of your brain depends on how much you’re using it. Exercising the brain to improve daily functionality, focus, or memory, is a top priority for many people, especially as they get older. The brain is involved in everything we do, so just like other parts of our body, it needs to be cared for too.  There are many ways to improve your mental sharpness and help your brain stay fit and healthy, no matter what age you are. Doing some brain exercises will help you boost your concentration power, memory, and focus can make your daily tasks easier and quicker to do, and keep your brain sharp and healthy as you get older. Use  your non-dominant hand

Spend your day by doing some things with your non-dominant hand. If you are right-handed, pull the things with your left hand.  And If you are left-handed, try to use your phone from your right hand. This will help you to activate both areas of your brain, although most people use both hands to perform different tasks most of the time.  This will cause your brain to rethink daily tasks and lay down some new pathways.

Any kind of a new skill can make more dopamine neurotransmitters to be released in parts of your brain that control our learning and reward responses.

Our smartphones remember every number that calls them. Today no one memorizes contact numbers anymore, but it is one of the best memory skills. Learn a new contact number every day.

Read books

Pick an interesting book on an entirely new subject that you haven’t read before. Learn about our country, culture, economics, or read stories of your past India. You’ll get many excellent popular nonfiction books that do a great job entertaining you while teaching about a subject. Become an expert by reading something new every day.

List out the things

Lists are amazing,  making lists can help you to associate items with one another. Make a list of the most delicious foods you have eaten before in your life.  Make a list of all the places you have traveled in your whole life.  Make a list of all the people you’ve met in your whole life. Make one list every day to improve your memory and make new connections.

Get out and socialize

This doesn’t mean that your personality requires a major adjustment on the extroverted scale. It simply means that you should move your cognitive muscles, whether it is forming a Meetup group with others who share similar interests or opening up a conversation with someone during your morning commute. the more positive your morning is from a social viewpoint, the higher your brain productivity level.
